studies

Effect and safety has been shown on more than 2000 people
For us at MedicineGarden, studies are a matter of course. Because it is about your health. Through repeated studies, both clinical i.e. on humans and in the laboratory, efficacy, safety, absorption and mechanism can be ensured. And this is important because the efficacy of a plant extract varies depending on where it has been grown, when it has been harvested and above all - the extraction method used. Studies are therefore the only objective way to show that a product delivers what it promises. That's why you can trust agaDA.

Some of the studies we refer to are for indications outside the scope of the health claims registered with EFSA. However, since the results are a consequence of the fact that the adaptogens in agaDA contribute to normal functioning of the immune system, airways and recovery - we have chosen to make the studies available.

* agaDA contains: Andrographis (SHA-10®) which contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system and respiratory system and the physical well-being of the body. Russian root (SHE-3®) contributes to mental and physical stamina in case of exhaustion and fatigue during recovery and convalescence. As an adaptogen, Russian root also contributes to the body's overall resilience.
